MR.SAEIDI'S VILLA

This villa was designed as a duplex on two floors. While the horizontal surfaces show the thickness of the roofs, they are divided into functional spaces by vertical surfaces. In fact, these are the roofs and walls of the building that show off in an exaggerated way.

On the first floor, there is a dining room and a large kitchen. There is also cinema and entertainment on the first floor. Upstairs are bedrooms with a private living room.
